Trans Europe Halles: 2025 in review

2025 was a year of transition and consolidation for Trans Europe Halles, shaped by leadership changes and financial challenges that required organisational restructuring and focus on stability. Despite these pressures, the network demonstrated resilience through key gatherings, continued membership growth, and careful leadership transitions.

The organisation shifted towards strengthening its foundations: improving governance, communication, and collaboration, while maintaining its commitment to capacity building, social inclusion, sustainability, and democratic resilience.
