Policy briefs from TEH101 Conference in Marseille are briefs written by members for members. The briefs are intended to inform and support the network’s ongoing policy development and advocacy efforts, while giving members a way to reflect on the things that are talked about within the network.
What conversations are happening in the network around advocacy and policy? What can we learn from the discussions taking place among TEH members and how can these conversations inform our work towards the decision-makers?
These policy briefs are Trans Europe Halles’ way of capturing policy inputs from our network, with a focus on the conversations that are happening in our annual TEH meetings. The briefs are intended to inform and support the network’s ongoing policy development and advocacy efforts, while giving members a way to reflect on the things that are talked about within the network.

The briefs also inform the development of a broader policy proposal targeted to the decision-makers at the European, national and local level. As part of TEH’s Common Spaces project (2025–2028), the briefs are also feeding into TEH’s policy strategy as well as into the wider strategy process of strengthening TEH as a Policy Network.
