This anti-eviction resource was developed by Zosia Szczepańska, a research intern at Trans Europe Halles (TEH), based on research as part of her bachelor's thesis at Windesheim Honours College (Zwolle, Netherlands).
This resource is designed to be practical and accessible, and is written for people active in independent cultural spaces.
How this resource works
The resource is organised around three phases: before, during, and after eviction. This distinction emerged from the research and shows the most meaningful network's support at each stage.
The inside combines reflection questions and worksheets that name what TEH can build collectively with our members. Additional resources are attached, along with a collection of quotes from participants who have contributed to this resource.
It is a starting point that we, as Trans Europe Halles, can build on, and it will grow as more centres contribute their knowledge and experience.
