Created in 1996, Actes If brings together 31 independent artistic and cultural venues in Île-de-France.
These places accompany contemporary creation and defend artistic and cultural diversity through an ethic of sharing and collective dynamics. They consider the artistic experience as a relationship between the residents, the territory, the artists and the cultures. Coming from civil society and non-profits, these independent places come together around artistic, cultural, social and economic issues.
Actes If is unique as the only network for intermediate spaces in the Île-de-France area.
