The International Resource Office (IRO) is TEH's on-the-ground answer for cultural operators in Skåne (Southern Swedish region) who want to think bigger than their own city or country. Since 2016, it's helped organisations and individuals navigate the maze of EU funding, from writing winning applications to finding the right international partners, with practical, hands-on support rather than generic advice. Backed by Region Skåne and run by Trans Europe Halles, the IRO turns "we'd love to work internationally, but don't know where to start" into an actual, funded project.
