Casa do Capitão is a cultural programming and entertainment project that is reviving the former home of the Military Maintenance Commander, transforming it, and the adjacent terrace, into a complex for artistic and entertainment activities, complemented by food and drink services.

Cultural programming is the starting point for attracting audiences, as well as for defining and affirming the project's identity. Current popular music and dance music are the mainstay of this program that extends to other artistic areas: performing arts, disciplinary intersections, visual arts, image, and words.

In addition to its own program, Casa do Capitão is open to different promoters and hosts relevant cultural events in the city.
