New members welcomed into the TEH network at TEH100 in Riga

During the General Assembly held on 1 November at the TEH100 Conference in Riga, our network voted in a new group of inspiring members who join Trans Europe Halles at a pivotal moment — our 100th meeting. Each of these organisations embodies the values of independence, community engagement, and cultural experimentation that lie at the heart of TEH.

New full members

We are delighted to welcome eight new full members into the network:

  • DumBO – Bologna, Italy
  • Espacio Open – Bilbao, Spain
  • Köttinspektionen – Uppsala, Sweden
  • Lapinlahden Lähde – Helsinki, Finland
  • Pluto – Valencia, Spain
  • Salong Central – Gnesta, Sweden
  • UNSA Geto – Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina
  • Värmeverket – Stockholm, Sweden

Each of these spaces brings strong models of community-led culture, innovative reuse of buildings, and interdisciplinary artistic practice.

New associate member

We are equally pleased to welcome one new associate member who joined the network following the vote in Riga:

  • Ssesi Space – Brno, Czechia

A growing community of independent cultural centres

These nine new members enrich a network that now connects more than 170 independent cultural centres and organisations across over 40 countries. Their arrival brings new ideas, bold approaches to cultural work, and a spirit of collaboration that strengthens the TEH community as a whole.

We look forward to seeing the projects, exchanges, and creative energy they will contribute to the network.

A warm welcome to all of them from the entire TEH network!
