Trans Europe Halles, Culture Action Europe, the European Network of Cultural Centres and IETM – International network for contemporary performing arts are delighted to share with you our joint policy paper “Beyond Urban – Contemporary arts and culture in non-urban areas as keys to a sustainable and cohesive Europe“.

Building on many years of fieldwork on the topic and different perspectives from the four networks involved, the joint paper aims to highlight the significance of culture and the arts in non-urban and peripheral areas, identify challenges for the many existing and potential projects in those areas, and offer policy solutions to support them.

The policy paper is also being discussed during the webinar that we, CAE, IETM and ENCC are hosting this morning at 10 am CET, together with many other participants that will join the conversation. You can still tune in to the webinar here.
