Following the recent Coronavirus spread Trans Europe Halles, Culture Action Europe, IETM international network for contemporary performing arts and European Network of Cultural Centres decided to change the format of our Beyond the Urban event, planned for March 16. Instead of greeting you in person, we invite you to move the discussion ONLINE.

The format changes, the content doesn’t! During the webinar, we will present our joint policy paper and there will be room for live interaction between participants.
