About TEH Startup Support Programme
TEH Startup Support Programme is a training programme that we have designed to provide support to European emerging non-governmental cultural centres.
The beneficiary region in 2019-2020 was the Caucasus. One of the three cultural centres that participated in the programme was Kharatian Art Center of Armenia. Take a look at the startup support programme publication to learn more about them and their journey towards a more sustainable future.
The Startup Support Programme is part of the project Factories of Imagination , which is co-funded by the Creative Europe Programme of the European Union .

The Startup Support Programme 2020 aimed to reach out to these kinds of initiatives across Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia. This case study will focus on Kharatian Arts Center in Gyumri, Armenia.
