Welcome!

Trans Europe Halles (TEH) is a European Network of Independent Cultural Centres that connects pioneering cultural actors of Moscow, Budapest and Belgrade with creative forces in Amsterdam, Helsinki and Berlin – to mention a few.
The network currently has 47 members and 9 Friend organisations in 26 European countries.

Founded in 1983, the network now brings together about fifty multidisciplinary and socially engaged member centres throughout Europe. Most centres are located in buildings from industrial heritage and have taken important action in challenging the established cultural policy.

TEH Media Network proudly presents the beta site for TEH TV

During the last year an internal sub-net of people and centres working withfilm and media inside TEH has been formed, TEH Media Network.

TEH TV is the first project by TEH Media Network - a multifunctional tool providing the network with a common platform to present video material produced in the network. The beta version of the site was launched during TEH Meeting 68 and now we would like to encourage all members to submit their videos!
