In 2010, Tabacka invited centres which are, like themselves, based in the second biggest city in their country. All of the projects were, or will be involved in the European Capital of Culture project. They are from different zones of Europe - Scandinavia, Balkan, Baltic, and Southern Europe. Also, there is one more important connection: all of the centres are Trans Europe Halles Members or Friends.
At Tabacka, participants could see presentations of TNT (Bordeaux, France), Tou Scene (Stavanger, Norway), Pekarna (Maribor, Slovenia) and Creative Center Carnation (Tartu, Estonia). The series of presentations finished with a two-day workshop with Paul Bogen on the theme Audience Development.
Next year Tabacka wishes to continue the project, and will host the oldest and most successful centres from around Europe in Kosice.
