Sponsorship

Cultural competence has become the core of innovation, marketing and business operations. Investing in culture can be part of commuinty involvement and trust-building between companies and consumers. In a creative economy, access to a creative and content-producing network is a unique asset, as the economy is turning to experience. With the help of TEH, a sponsor can build an interactive relationship between its brand and the people that matter. TEH, as your partner, is an ambitious and increasingly important player on the field of European culture.

Sponsorship model:
1. One to three primary sponsors
2. Local sponsors are mainly event based, never on a higher sponsorship level
3. All centres in the sponsorship programme will cooperate with the sponsors and honour the benefits of sponsorhip.
4. Sponsors have exclusive rights for their industry with TEH
5. Each sponsor cab exclusively participate in one to two projects.
6. One contract and programme is valid for the whole network.

General benefits at each centre:
1. Brand and product presence at the location
2. Brand visibility in media and communications
3. Selling rights
4. Sampling
5. Promotions
6. Interactive branding and communication opportunities
7. Hospitality

TEH has several suggested projects for businesses and sponsors, here presented in a nutshell.

1. Meetings, Conferences and Festivals
The biannual TEH meetings will be made more inclusive with the addition of open seminars and multi-disciplinary festivals.

2. TEH on Tour!
The touring TEH flagship festival would go around the network, bringing expertise and innovation from other centres while including local culture and talent.

3. TEH Day
One day every year, all centres celebrate together on a common theme. The day could be an arts or performance festival, or for example a Europe-wide competition of photography, music, or media applications.

4. TEH Open Stage
Monthly open-mic nights would be a combination of performances at each TEH venue and a web-based video feed from other centres. The audience votes either at the centres or online for their favourites, and the vote winners are then invited to an annual network-wide Open Stage event.

5. Virtual Music Festival
Bands are invited to perform at every participating TEH centre, with parts of the performances broadcasted via the internet from other centres.

6. VJ Club Europe
A database of up-and-coming DJ's are compiled in the TEH DJ bank on the web for TEH club organisers. TEH will assist with booking and travel expenses.

7. Virtual TEH
The Virtual TEH centre would be a full-fledged cultural centre online, featuring music, photography, cinema, cafes and a workshop area. The centre would be run by an international team of curators from the network.

8. New Media on the Road
A touring exhibition of new media art, supported by the know-how and infrastructure of TEH.

9. People and Competence Exchange
This cluster of exchange projects includes: youth exchange of young volunteers; staff exchange of employees in the centres; the artists-in-residence programme, offering emerging artists the chance to work in a different country; the TEH task force of creative professionals touring Europe; and finally, exchange of staff between the centres and businesses.

10. Art Comes to the Bars
A city festival, with small performances organised in local bars and cafes. The event is produced by the local centre.

11. Support for Big Ideas and Young Talents
A grant system for emerging artists, including the Big Idea Fund, the Collaboration Fund and the Start Up and Emergency Fund.

12. Join the Movement: Membership Programme
The TEH membership programme offers benefits to the members, and a unique marketing opportunity for the sponsor.

13. What Do You Want To Do?
An open project, produced in close collaboration with the sponsor.
